Returns Due to Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not accept returns due to personal preferences or change of mind.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
